Nextep is a subsidiary of NEC, providing wholesale teleco services Australia wide. Oyster was asked to develop sub-branding for the Nextep client portal, ‘sauce’ and for an online application, ‘concierge’ which allowed users to customise information and content they received via smartphone.

The portal design integrated live service and support information while actively prompting uses with alerts and promotional opportunities through the Nextep Partner Program.
